FAQ
Q1:What is Comatible cartridge ,Remanufactured cartridge ?

Compatible cartridge are not made by the OEM. They are just like your original Ink cartridges.
Normally, compatible inkjet print cartridges perform the exact same function ,but for much less. The printer warranty will not expire by using compatible inkjet print cartridges.

Remanufactured cartridge also known as Reconditioned or Rebuild. This cartridge contains all new components with the exception of the outer casing, which is the original cartridge casing.

Q2:What is the best way to store my cartridges?

It is always ideal to store your cartridges in a room temperature setting. It is also a good idea to store your cartridges in an upright position. A lot of times during shipment these units are not sitting in an upright position and ink will tend to settle at the opposite end of the cartridge which may cause printing issues. Ideally before use you want to have your cartridge sit in the upright position for a couple of hours to ensure that the ink moves to the bottom of the cartridge allowing the ink to pass through the sponge, which will allow the cartridge to print properly.

Q3:How should I handle my cartridge?

Cartridges should always be handled with care. Do not touch the nozzles. You should keep your cartridges in the protective wrapping until you place them in the printer. If you keep empty cartridges to refill later, they should be stored in an airtight container until you refill them.

Q4:What should be done if there are white streaks?

Check if the cartridge is out of ink. If no, place the cartridge on a soft tissue, allowing some ink to leak out. Allow the nozzle to then sit for a few minutes before gently wiping it with a soft tissue or cotton swab. Reinstall the cartridge, run the print head cleaning utility (described in your printer's operating manual) and attempt to print again.
